ENFLASH and Newsletters

ENFLASH’s were started to keep leader/drivers on the road and travel agents (at times) informed about developments in the company, changing political situations and bookings for future trips. These were posted to L/Ds at the various mail stops.The oldest copy of ENFLASH located is Edition 24 of May 1973 so there were at least 23 earlier editions. No other ENFLASH’s have been located until April 1975. It appears ENFLASH’s were stopped being produced sometime around the end of 1979 and then restarted in the form of Newsletters in December 1984. Later various names were used for staff newsletters including Jungle Drum and (again) ENFLASH.

– all documents before April 1975 except May 1973
– December 1978
– March, June and September 1979
– all documents from 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983 and 1984 (except December 1984)
– April, May, September, October, November, December 1985
– all documents from 1986 to 2001 except September 1998 and January 2000.
